Developed in collaboration with Promises Healthcare and led by Dr. Winslow, former Chief of Addiction Medicine at the Institute of Mental Health, our programme is delivered under expert medical oversight and informed by evidence-based practice.
We are the only private residential addiction treatment centre licensed by the Singaporean Ministry of Health to provide medical services, delivering specialist care within a fully regulated healthcare framework.

Addiction can affect each person differently and touch many areas of life, including physical health, psychological wellbeing, relationships, work, and sense of meaning — often in ways that are deeply personal.
Treatment therefore needs to address more than addictive behaviour itself and be tailored to the individual and their circumstances. Our programme is built around a multi-dimensional model that considers the different ways addiction can affect a person and the foundations needed for lasting recovery.
Every element of care, from psychiatric review and neurorehabilitation to family support and therapy, is purposefully included to strengthen these areas and support the whole person.

Set in a coastal enclave, The Winslow occupies a restored heritage building dating back to the colonial period. The centre is purpose-designed and reimagined for discreet, contemporary care. Local wildlife, including hornbills and otters, is often spotted along the shore. The location offers access to trails along the coast while remaining just minutes from Singapore's leading medical facilities.
