From the systems that support our care delivery to the experience clients have the moment they walk through our doors, my work is about creating the conditions where our team can do what they do best, and where clients can feel safe, respected, and supported throughout their journey.
My journey into this work began a decade ago, driven by a deep belief that recovery isn’t just about getting better. It’s about becoming more whole. Before joining The Winslow, I spent eight years leading a non-profit focused on behavioural addiction recovery. That season of work shaped my understanding of the complexity of addiction and taught me about the strength and courage it takes for someone to change, and the kind of support that makes change possible. I’m also a trained counsellor, which continues to inform the way I lead and relate to the people we serve.
I’ve always liked the idea of being a "left-brainer with a soul." I enjoy building systems and refining processes, but I also value the human experience and the meaning behind every process. For me, it’s not just about making things work. It’s about creating spaces where people can breathe, heal, and reconnect with themselves. Being able to bring both structure and heart into this work is something I treasure, and I’m grateful to help shape a centre where clarity, care, and change can truly take root.
Outside of work, I’m kept on my toes by two energetic little boys who double as my personal trainers. When I’m not chasing after them, I can be found by the piano or arranging music. Music has always been my creative outlet and happy place.
